The Challenge
As Cozy Earth scaled, so did the complexity of its website. Cozy Earth’s innovation culture (quickly launching new products and testing bold marketing campaigns) created a vibrant but complex codebase. Over time, legacy pages, unused files, and experimental content piled up. Paired with an ever-growing product catalog, this created a fragmented codebase with hidden accessibility liabilities.
We found over 600 files that might not even be in use anymore. Multiply that by all the collection and product pages. We’re talking thousands of pages across the site.
